The website my-money.report and the My Money Report service (together, the "Service") are operated by KOMP BG LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, registered with the Bulgarian Commercial Register and Register of NPLEs under UIC 201041991, with registered office and business address at office 3, 3rd floor, entrance 1, Building 459, Mladost 4 district, Sofia, Bulgaria ("My Money Report", "we", "us" or "our"). My Money Report is a financial management platform that helps you track expenses, manage income, create budget plans, monitor savings, and share financial data with trusted individuals. It enables users to enter data related to their personal finances and to receive reports, summaries, classifications, calculations, visualisations and other analytical outputs based on that information. The Service may use automated data extraction, categorisation, calculation and analysis technologies. The quality and accuracy of the resulting report depend in part on the quality, completeness and accuracy of the information supplied by you.

My Money Report provides the following features:
We offer different subscription tiers with varying features and limits. Your plan determines:
The free plan provides basic functionality with limitations on the number of categories, tags, and certain advanced features.
Paid plans offer unlimited or expanded limits and access to all features. Billing occurs according to your selected payment frequency (monthly or yearly). The price payable for a Service under a paid plan will be displayed before you place your order.
Pro plan holders can share their subscription with one other user. The shared subscription grants the recipient access to Pro features without separate payment.
We use secure third-party payment processors (Viva Wallet) to handle all payments. We do not store your payment card information.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. The following refund policies apply:
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method. Please note that cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or data - your financial data will remain accessible under the Free plan limitations.
If your account is deleted (by you, or terminated by us in accordance with Section 14), you will lose access to your account and to the data stored in it. You may still request access to any of your personal data stored by us within the relevant retention periods in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Exception: Shared buckets are not read-only - the amount in a shared bucket can be edited by both users in the connection.
Exception: Unlike expenses and incomes, savings are a running balance rather than period-bound entries. The total and current-period savings shared with your partner reflect your whole balance - including amounts you saved before this sharing connection started - because that earlier data is part of your current savings.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Your account may be suspended or terminated in the cases described in Section 14 (Termination), including after a period of inactivity. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where required by law.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Maintenance, updates, and unforeseen issues may cause temporary unavailability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Money Report, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

The courts of Sofia, Bulgaria shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and the use of the Service, except for any mandatory European Union rules which may give you the right to bring proceedings before the courts of the country where you are domiciled.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Free Plan Terms and the relevant plan subscription terms communicated upon purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and My Money Report regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
